SAVE ANIMALS FOR US

Hi, my name is Caitie Wells, I am ten years old and I am concerned about animal life on Earth. Many people think that shark fin soup is an okay thing, but that's because you don't know the behind the scenes. You don't know what they do with the sharks. Let me tell you the horrible things that happens to these animals. Fishermen go out catch the sharks, cut off their fins and then throw them in the water to die. These "fish" cannot live without swimming, because that is how they breath. In other words they sink to the bottom and drown. Thing is the fin is not even edible! The species of the sharks are going down rapidly, and all because of mankind.

GORILLAS   Gorillas are being hunted for sport.  The only thing being taken are the hands and feet, and they're only used for trophies! Just like the shark thousands are being killed as we speak. Many people are very scared of gorillas for their size and strength, but they are really very friendly animals. Only a few thousand still exist, we need to help more than we are now for obvious reasons. I love gorillas and I hope you do too, because it is up to us to save them and many other creatures in need for a place to sleep at night.

Mainly it is countries and their beliefs. Like in Asia on a show I saw them take a live cat and put it in a boiling pot of water. Then after a bit took it out, it was still alive at this point, then began to rip the hair out so that it could be eaten. I was horrified and mad at Asia, but then it showed farmers in Canada and the USA do pretty much the same things to chickens. It is normal to us to eat chickens  but not normal to eat cats and dogs. Although maybe in Asia it horrifies them that we eat chickens and cows. It does not matter what you eat just as long as you give it a good long life and let it be free. Unlike veil. Kill it in an instant so that it does not feel pain.

I am not a vegetarian this does not mean you have to be just pay attention that what your eating had a good long life.     

 Also they need a much better life. Sometimes a zoo is not the best place for a shark or a gorilla, they need the wild. Make an effort, it is all up to you, make the right choice.

I know that I'm young but animals still need your help. Please consider the worlds problem. For the the planets sake and yours.
